Highly flexible, pre-insulated pipe systems combing both flow and return pipe in the same jacket pipe, primarily intended for the transport of heating water, or other heat transfer media, in underground distribution networks. To ensure you get the complete bundle you need, simply make your selection from each of the products shown in the list.

Twin 6 Bar 80°C Max temperature pipework containing a EVOH barrier, full insulated and protected ideal for underground combined F&R heating service.

Sold by the metre, with a minimum order of 10 meters. Maximum 100m lengths.

For use on the end of the pipe to provide a protective cap for the end of the insulation in dry environments.

The Multipipe shrink end cap (double) is for use on the end of the pipe to provide a protective cap for the end of the insulation in an environment where water might be present.

To create your bundle please use the following guidelines;
  • Pre-Insulated Pipe - this is sold and priced by the meter, with a minimum order of 10 meters. Once cut to size pre-insulated pipe is not eligible for a return (unless faulty).
  • Dust End Caps - To be used when the pipe end is located in a dry environment such as a cupboard or plant room.
  • Shrink End Caps - To be used when the pipe end is located in a wet environment such as below ground or outside.
  • PE-X Terminal Connectors - Threaded male irons (BSP) for connection to your system. You require 1 terminal connector per pipe end.
  • Fix Points - Are recommended to avoid failure at the terminal connector  due to excessive movement of the pipe ends caused by expansion and contraction. You require 1 fix point per pipe end.
