Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Promotion.

The Promotion

1. Anyone in the UK aged 18 and over can participate in the Promotion. To become a referrer simply enter the email addresses of your friends (“Friends”) who aren’t existing Multipipe customers and who are happy to be referred by you.
2. Friends must use the referral link that you share with them to make their purchase.
3. For every friend you refer (who makes a Qualifying Purchase and passes the validation process), you and the friend will each receive a £100 multipipe.co.uk store credit which is valid for 7 days from the date of referral.
4. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, Multipipe Ltd reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; and/or amend these terms and conditions.
5. Users’ personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion. Multipipe Ltd will comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018. For more information on how Multipipe Ltd processes personal data, please read this.

Qualifying Purchases

1. A ‘qualifying purchase’ is a single transaction over the value of £500 (excluding VAT, excluding shipping costs, excluding tools) from our website www.multipipe.co.uk. You will receive a code entitling you to £100 store credit. This credit is valid for 7 days from the date of referral.
2. The Promotion isn’t valid if redeemed in-store, over the telephone, through Live Chat or from third-party sellers such as builders merchants.
3. The Promotion excludes Tools. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

General Terms and Conditions

Referral attempts that do not use the referral link mechanism prior to purchase will not qualify for the reward.

There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by an individual referrer.

Referral links will be generated by Multipipe and sent to potential referrers by email. They can also be generated and sent to a referee (friend) on completion of our online form by the referrer at www.multipipe.co.uk/refer-a-friend

Referral links can be shared by any means online provided that this does not involve paid advertising or the unauthorised use of the Multipipe Ltd brand or intellectual property.

The referrer and the referee (friend) can’t be the same person. Where we identify they are the same person, for example by email address, phone number, or user name, the offer will be void.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
